Replacement Policy:
Customers can request a replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Replacement can be requested if the product is delivered in a defective condition or has physical damage within 24 hours of receipt.
Replacement can be provided if the product is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Damaged or defective items should be reported to the Tribe Lifestyle support team. The request will be entertained once a Tribe Lifestyle team member has checked and determined the same at their end, typically within 24 hours of receipt of the products.
If the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, customers must report it to the Tribe Lifestyle support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The support team will investigate the complaint and make an appropriate decision.
In case of replacement, the entire product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up by the courier arranged by Tribe Lifestyle.
A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
Customer dissatisfaction with the look/sound quality of a defect-free product.
Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Damage caused by an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
No return or refund shall be provided. However, customers can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the customers and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
No cancellations are entertained for products obtained on special occasions (limited occasion offers).
Product Pricing:
Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. Tribe Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel the order if a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the applicable exchange rate and charges imposed by banks will apply. Any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges should be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing, and billing will be based on the price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice. Tribe Lifestyle's products are subject to GST in India.
Security:
Credit card and Debit card information are not stored by Tribe Lifestyle and are handled by the authorized payment gateway, compliant with bank and institution regulations.

Out of Stock Situations:
Tribe Lifestyle strives to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. In case a product is not available for any reason, a refund will be processed.
Delivery of Products:
Products are shipped from Tribe Lifestyle's own or third-party warehouses, stores, or offices from various locations in India.
Delivery is aimed to reach customers within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the order and payment, depending on the delivery address.
Deliveries will be made by Tribe Lifestyle's own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services, usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday – Saturday.
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. Tribe Lifestyle is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternative person other than the person who placed the order.
Tribe Lifestyle does not take responsibility for damage to products after delivery.
Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Shortages of goods must also be highlighted and signed on the Proof of Delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.
In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting as "Delivered" on the tracker, please report it within 24 hours for further processing.
Delivery Charges:
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges will be provided at the time of checkout, allowing consumers to review them before making payments.
